Good location and budget friendly

Not very clean, mold on the shower curtain, hair on the bed sheets, very dusty

The breakfast was good, and a great price and options. The staff was very kind.

Breakfast, cleanliness, decent size rooms, not on a busy street

The location was great, close to a main train line and buses too. Room was quite spacious, for what we’ve become used to - and the bathroom was laid out well.

The laundry facilities onsite. There are 2 x Wash and Dry machines and they were difficult to get access to because they were so popular - a washing load was supposed to take 35m + 30m dry - however it took far longer than this. Started doing laundry at 9:00pm and gave up at 12:30am and ¥1200 later; clothes still completely saturated - we had to wake early to head to a laundromat to get them dry (only to realise they weren’t really washed well either). There is a 24hr laundromat around the corner, so would recommend saving your time and going here instead.

The Hotel is close to the metro station, also you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was very good and the staff were very kind.

The hotel should have an option for customer to do early check-in and pay extra. I was arrival in the early morning flight and managed time to arrive the hotel close to check-in time at 2 PM to rest but the hotel has no choice for early check-in.

Nothing at all

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location is close enough to walk to the main touristic street of Kyoto, but definitely less crowded which was a big plus for us. It was a good value for money.

On booking it says that they do Yamato baggage delivery service, but they don't. For us it was a big disappointment because we chose specifically hotels that had this service. Nevertheless, the hotel directed us to a place close by that did the service and we managed to do it ourselves.

Almost Everything was good, staff really kind and helpful.

The smoking cabin at ground floor makes all the rooms at ground floor smell to smoke.

I liked the cleanliness, location, the room facilities, everything was great. Even the staff let us check in early, at 12 o’clock. Just one thing what the staff be aware, when the guests are waiting in the lobby before check in, the reception administrator shouldn’t say the words- ” I will ask if you can wait in the lobby before check in” , may be this receptionist was the new and he should ask to somebody, but even the matter about guest staying in the lobby before or after check in shouldn’t be questioned. Guest is guest even before or after check in. The is just little tip from me just to make better

Room was spatious and clean, bed was king size, very comfortable, we even got extra pillow. Room and the whole hotel smelled very nice. Hotel estetic and designe is modern yet traditional. Beautyful hotel.

Loved the location of the hotel, breakfast was great and had everything, both local food and well as western cuisine. Rooms are spacy for japanese standards and clean + cozy. Perfect for 2/3 night stay in Kyoto. Location also super to walk and explore the city.

More choices at breakfast, potentially fresh fruits and more selections of bread.

The room we stayed in was very spacious. It had a small couch that could fit 2 people and a small table to eat on. The room was very clean and the bed was cozy and comfortable to me and my wife's liking. The hotel staffs accomodated to our needs and they were all polite and friendly. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the subway line and bus stops. There are good small restaurants, convenient stores, and an amazing supermarket near the hotel. Its a wonderful place to stay in if ever your visiting in Kyoto.

The staff is super friendly, willing to help and provide information as much as they can.The location of this stay is convenient, it’s only one minutes walk from the subway, 15 minutes walk away from Shijo Street, the center of Kyoto.We didn’t add hotel breakfast plan while booking. However, it’s totally possible to join the breakfast with extra charge. It’s Japanese style breakfast with good quality, if you don’t have other breakfast plan yet, I strongly recommend you to try it.
